Tam Quang Minh was the turnkey contractor for the renovation and interior fit-out of the Mitsubishi Vietnam office on the 18th floor of Thanh Loi Building, 03 Le Dinh Ly, Da Nang – from partitions, flooring, glazing and furniture to M&E, fire protection and relocation from the old office.

The finished space
The office includes a reception with logo wall and an air-conditioning product display, large and small meeting rooms with aluminium-framed glass partitions and frosted decals, an open-plan work area, a bar-counter pantry with city views and an upholstered small meeting room.
How we delivered it
- One point of contact for the whole package: shop drawings, furniture made at our Xuan Phu factory, installation and handover.
- All M&E and fire-protection works that came with the renovation.
- Relocation from the old office and reinstatement of the former premises for the building owner.
