PROCESS

Our tender process

One contractor responsible from drawings and production at our Xuan Phu factory to installation and warranty.

  1. Tender review

    Review technical requirements, survey the site and clarify quantities.

  2. Bid and samples

    Prepare the bid, material samples and drawings as required.

  3. Factory production

    Machining, finishing and quality control at our Xuan Phu factory.

  4. On-site installation

    Installation to the contract schedule, with site safety and coordination with the supervising consultant.

  5. Acceptance and warranty

    Acceptance, as-built documents, final account and warranty.
