HOW WE MANUFACTURE

From drawing to packed carton, in one factory

Every order follows documented procedures, from design hand-off to final inspection. Steps are run in our own factory in Xuan Phu, Da Nang.

Drawings and production codes

Our design team turns approved drawings into production codes and cutting lists for each part.

CNC cutting

Panels are nested and cut on CNC, so every part matches the approved drawing.

Forming and edging

Bent-plywood shells are pressed on our own 1:1 forming templates; panel edges are banded and trimmed.

04

Drilling and dry-fit

Parts are drilled for fittings and test-assembled before finishing.

05

Finishing

Stain and lacquer are applied in our dedicated paint room, using water-based coatings.

06

Inspection and packing

Each piece is checked, then packed knock-down or assembled in export cartons; FBA labels on request.

MATERIALS AND FINISHING

Engineered panels, veneers and solid wood

We choose materials per design and target market, and agree them on the sample before bulk production.

Engineered panels

Plywood, MDF and MFC. For US orders, panels come from CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI certified mills; certificates on request.

Veneers

Oak and walnut veneers in several colourways, laminated on curved and flat parts.

Solid wood

Rubberwood, pine, acacia, oak, walnut and ash, selected per product and budget.

Water-based finishing

Dedicated paint room with water-based stains and lacquers for lower solvent emissions.
