Key points

  • Frames made to your drawings: stone art, textile art, shadow boxes and wall décor.
  • Solid wood (rubberwood, pine, acacia, oak, walnut, ash), veneer or painted MDF.
  • Water-based finishes applied in our own paint room.
  • MOQ 50 pieces per design; samples before every order.

Wooden frames we make to your drawings

Frames are a new product line for our factory, built on the same machines and skills we use for cabinets and pet furniture: precise cutting, CNC routing, sanding and finishing. We make them to your drawings and send samples before any order. The images on this page are illustrative images from Unsplash that show the type of product; they are not Tam Quang Minh products.

  • Frames for stone art – deeper profiles and rigid backs for heavy pieces.
  • Frames for textile and tapestry art – shadow-box depth so fabric is not pressed flat.
  • Shadow box frames – for objects, collections and mixed media.
  • Wall décor – slatted panels and simple wooden wall objects to your design.

Materials and finishes

We work with solid rubberwood, pine, acacia, oak, walnut and ash, with wood veneer on engineered panels, and with MDF for painted profiles. Frames are finished in our own paint room with water-based coatings, in natural, stained, black or colour-matched finishes. For US orders, MDF and plywood come from CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI certified mills; read our US and EU compliance checklist.

How a frame order works

  1. Drawing. Send outside and inside dimensions, profile, depth, back and hanging hardware.
  2. Sample. We make a sample in 10–15 days once the specification is confirmed.
  3. Production. MOQ is 50 pieces per design; production takes 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit.
  4. Packing. Corner protectors, foam and export cartons; see our guide to export packing.

The full process is described on our OEM process page.

The bottom line: frames built like furniture

A frame is a small piece of furniture: it needs straight, stable wood, clean joints and a finish that survives shipping. Send us a drawing or a reference photo and we will quote with a sample.
