ETHICAL STANDARDS
I. Giving or Receiving Commissions, Bribes, or Extortions
Warning form:
- Giving gifts or money in any form to superiors or leaders in the company.
- Not recording transparently and accurately with the Accounting department about transactions such as entertainment expenses, gifts, etc.
Form of dismissal:
- Receive commissions, bribes, or kickbacks directly or indirectly from customers, partners, suppliers, or subcontractors.
- Collusion in receiving or giving bribes.
- Proposing or promising payments or gifts to partners, suppliers or subcontractors.
II. Taking advantage of personal position for personal gain
Form of dismissal:
- Buying and selling company supplies, equipment or scrap for personal use without following procedures.
- Taking advantage of position to use company assets, facilities, or images for personal, group, or family benefit.
- Using inside information to help partners gain contracts or personal gain.
- Borrow money from workers, contractors in any form.
III. Unacceptable Behavior
- Covering up negative behavior or violating ethics policies.
- Threaten and suppress people who report violations.
- Gambling, drug use, workplace violence.
IV. Customer Rights Protection
- Cut corners or undercut the quality or quantity of a project.
- Providing false information, affecting customer rights.
- Establish or participate in activities at competing companies, use internal information to bid and make offers.
V. Honesty
Warning form:
- Providing false information that causes harm to the company or its partners.
Form of dismissal:
- Fraud in timekeeping or falsification of accounting records and documents.
VI. Privacy Policy
Form of dismissal:
- Disclosing confidential company information such as bids, supplier lists, financial reports, etc.
- Discussing or disclosing personal or other people’s income information causes negative effects.
- Unauthorized access to a colleague’s personal system or database.
