For a pet brand, the hard part of sourcing is rarely the drawing. It is finding a factory that can turn a sample into hundreds of identical units, finish them to retail standard, document the wood for customs and pack them so they arrive without a scratch.

Inside the factory: from nesting file to finished bed
Panels are cut on CNC machines from nesting files, which keeps every part identical across a run. Curved shells are pressed on the factory’s own 1:1 forming templates, then sanded, stained and lacquered in the in-house paint shop.
Because forming, finishing and packing happen under one roof, a change agreed on the sample can be applied to the whole order without waiting on outside suppliers.
The golden sample is the contract in physical form: every unit in the order is checked against it.

Materials and compliance for the US and EU
Each design uses the material that suits it: solid wood or engineered panels such as plywood, MDF, HDF and MFC. For US orders, MDF and plywood come from CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI certified mills, and mill certificates are available on request.
