Job Description Admin/Administrative Receptionist Position:
- Receive guests entering and leaving the company, ensure the reception area is always clean and tidy;
- Receive incoming calls, provide authorized information, transfer calls to relevant persons;
- Record customer and employee information and forward calls to relevant departments;
- Perform tasks related to Document and Archive work: Track and issue numbers for the Company’s outgoing documents (Official dispatches, Notices, Decisions, etc.); Manage, archive, update document tracking books, arrange all types of files and transfer incoming and outgoing documents, delivery documents to relevant departments;
- Administrative Warehouse Management: track export, import, inventory, ensure arrangement, usage, hygiene, and safety; Manage office supplies and equipment;
- Monitor employee evaluation and contract signing;
- Manage attendance and leave;
- Carry out personnel recruitment when required;
- And other related work as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements Admin Staff/Administrative Receptionist:
- Gender: Female; age 20 and above, good looking;
- College degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Administration, … or related fields;
- Proficient in office computer;
- Good communication skills.
