In April 2025, Tam Quang Minh signed the contract for bid package No. 17, “Interior furniture and equipment”, for the new working facility of an aviation-sector organisation in Da Nang. The building stands on Lot 32 within the Da Nang International Airport area. All furniture was made in our own factory, installed on site and accepted by the client for use on 29 June 2025.

The challenge
When our team surveyed the site on the day the contract was signed, the building was still under construction. Floors were not yet screeded, walls were unfinished, there was no lift (only a construction hoist), no secure room to store furniture, no windows fitted and no three-phase power. The deadline was fixed at 60 calendar days. The client also asked for continuity: the new office should feel like the existing one, with similar furniture styles and colours.

Our approach
We split the schedule into three milestones: all goods on site within 30 days, installation finished by day 45, handover by day 60. Samples were produced and submitted for approval in the first week, before production started.
Production then ran at our factory in Xuan Phu while the building was being finished, so the furniture was ready as soon as each area could take it. Installation followed a fixed sequence: office desks and chairs, then the auditorium, then meeting tables and filing cabinets, and finally sofas and curtains, followed by cleaning, internal inspection and client acceptance.
Quality control
Materials and fittings were checked at the factory and again on arrival at site. Every delivery came with the manufacturer’s certificates of origin and quality (CO/CQ), and materials were tested at a specialised construction laboratory, as the tender required. Before each acceptance request to the client and the supervision consultant, our own team carried out an internal inspection.
The result
The package was completed on 26 June 2025, within the contract schedule. The acceptance record of 29 June 2025 confirms that all desks, chairs, cabinets, sofas and curtains were installed, cleaned and working, including swivel chairs, drawers and curtains, and that they meet the technical, aesthetic and functional requirements of the approved design. The client accepted the handover of all assets in the package, which remain under our warranty.
