Job Description Position Interior Designer
1. 2D DEVELOPMENT
- Responsible for developing and presenting the entire architectural and interior documents of the project;
Supporting the architect and engineer in charge of the project to get ideas and execute the documents; - Show details as required by the senior artist;
- Complete assigned work on schedule, accurately, with quality, and implement interior drawings;
- Survey and measure project site;
Read, understand and edit detailed technical drawings of products; - Draw product details, product structure and product clusters on Autocad, separate details and monitor progress and quality throughout the production process;
- Design according to project, according to customer and company requirements.
2. 3D MODELING WITH SKETCHUP
- Propose suitable and unique ideas for each design requirement and each project;
- Conceptualize and implement detailed designs as required;
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings for production and construction;
- Create interior design perspectives for houses, restaurants, showrooms, shops, offices, etc.;
- Advise customers on design options, suitable types of materials, etc.;
- Support business in site survey for design;
- Specific work discussed during interview;
- Other tasks as required by the Company.
3. MEASUREMENT, DOCUMENT CONFIRMATION
- Survey and measure project site;
- Implement redrawing of ground plans and elevations of surveyed and measured works and projects;
- Work directly with customers to grasp details about the layout; Advise customers on suitable layout and design options…;
- Coordinate with Engineering to reconfirm the status before proceeding with production;
- Support business in site survey for design.
Interior Design Staff Standards:
- Gender: Male/Female: 22 years old and above
- Deep understanding of interior design, architecture, landscape…
Education/Experience:
- Graduated from College, University in Fine Arts, Architecture, specialized design;
- Office computer equivalent to B or higher;
Interior Designer Skills:
- Proficient in SKETCHUP 2019 (Required) , AUTOCAD, 3DMAX, VRAY.
- Have aesthetic sense, creativity in work, good knowledge of fine arts, ability to present ideas.
Personal Qualities of Interior Designer:
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Honest, brave, enthusiastic about work.
- Creativity at work.
