1. ORGANIZING AND MANAGING ACTIVITIES OF THE FIELD ASSEMBLY TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

  • Organize, manage, guide and assign work to employees in the Department;
  • Check the work of the staff of the Department;
  • Report progress and results of work implementation of the Department periodically or suddenly;
  • Evaluate the work completion level of each employee in the Department, propose rewards or disciplinary actions according to the reporting period or on an ad hoc basis.

2. PERFORMING THE DEPARTMENT’S SPECIALIZED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly or participate in surveying, evaluating project feasibility and reporting survey results
  • Planning and implementation of on-site manufacturing and installation
  • Technical design, design inspection, construction organization of projects and works according to job requirements
  • Prepare quotation and bidding documents
  • Planning construction human resources and construction progress of projects.
  • Prepare monthly volume payment records, settlement records, and project completion records. Review completed volumes of contract teams, work schedules, and worker salaries for payment approval.
  • Supervise interior construction works.
  • Plan and schedule construction items.
  • Responsible for quality, quantity, progress, labor safety and hygiene during construction.
  • Construction personnel management at the site.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problems arising during construction.
  • Assign tasks to members in the department according to each project implementation time in a reasonable manner.
  • Preside over acceptance, prepare payment and settlement records for volume with the investor.
  • Preside over or participate in consulting on interior design for customers in need.
  • Browse the needs for materials, machinery, and personnel to serve production and business.
  • Participate in supporting works related to projects: quotation, contract implementation, project acceptance and settlement, debt collection with investors.
  • Supervision and monitoring of implementation of regulations and procedures, violations and errors in construction are detected, reminded and suspended promptly. – Projects are completed in accordance with the correct volume, technique and quality according to approved design documents and construction methods.

  • Proficient in AUTOCAD, knowing how to use SKETCHUP is an advantage;
  • Team coordination and management skills.
  • Good reading comprehension & communication skills, good negotiation;
